Feocromocitoma. Manejo Anestésico Transoperatorio. Apropósito de un caso y revisión de la literatura
Resumen
Se presenta en éste reporte el caso de una paciente
de sexo femenino, de 11 años de edad, portadora
de un feocromocitoma sintomático, sometida a extirpación
quirúrgica del mismo por vía videolaparoscópica,
y se describe el manejo farmacológico pre e
intraoperatorio con bloqueantes adrenérgicos de esta
poco usual, pero potencialmente letal patología en la
población pediátrica.
